The CALT Program is designed to identify and train emerging leaders within the Silk Road Cultural Heritage District community, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate local resources and effectively connect their communities to these opportunities. These ambassadors will help bridge gaps in communication, understanding, and access, promoting a culture of trust and collaboration between service providers and community members.

Requirements:
Live in the Greater San Antonio Medical Center
English Language Fluency
3 to 13 years post-resettlement living experience in USA
